●      Led strategic direction and operations of an optical imaging and drug manufacturing company specializing in NIR fluorescent technology for tumor identification in surgical resection

●      Directed a staff of 8-10 junior and senior research administrators, managing a portfolio of $39M in direct cost expenses across federal, industry, private research, and discretionary funding

●      Served as a signing official for the Medical Center and oversaw research funding, compliance, and clinical coordination for the General Clinical Research Center (GCRC) with $200 million in federal funding

●      Provided guidance on employee relations, crisis management, fiscal compliance, budgeting, and other managerial subjects, fostering positive working relationships among research faculty, administrative staff, and ancillary areas of the Medical Center
